Loneliness and social isolation among seniors is one of the greatest risks affecting both mental and physical health as we age. St. Paul’s Senior Services is shedding light on the topic so you and your loved ones can be proactive in counteracting its effects.

Led by St. Paul’s Manor’s Resident Services Coordinator, Cheryl Cohen, we invite you to participate in a presentation and discussion about social isolation: who is at risk, the reasons for isolation, how the degree of isolation can be evaluated, potential risks, and methods for how to counteract it.
