Are you a teacher or parent looking for ways that you or your children can positively contribute to others? Maybe you’re feeling compelled to make a positive personal contribution yourself?
If so, we invite you to bring some sunshine into the lives of seniors!
With only essential staff allowed to visit our communities during these unchartered times, our seniors would no doubt welcome your well-wishes!
How You Can Help:
Here are some ways you can share some “sunshine” with our seniors:
- Send a card with a message of encouragement (store-bought or handmade)
- Write an uplifting letter
- Send a drawing
- Color a page from a coloring book
- Share an inspirational message or story
- Donate a large print puzzle book (Crossword, Sudoku, etc.)
- Amazon is a great resource for these!
You may mail your cards, letters, drawings, messages, and puzzles to us, and we will make sure they get to one of our amazing seniors.
