St. Paul’s Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Located in the heart of Bankers Hill, our boutique 59-bed center offers round-the-clock licensed nursing and rehabilitation services with an individualized care plan for every resident. This includes assistance with activities of daily living, as well as physical, speech, and occupational therapy.
Day Programs - San Diego
Our day programs include St. Paul’s Child Care (Day Care and Preschool) and St. Paul’s PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).
St. Paul’s PACE - Managed Medical Care
St. Paul’s PACE provides coordinated medical and social services to those 55 years and older who have chronic conditions and need regular medical support, yet wish to continue living in their own home.
