The Manor on Bankers Hill is an independent living community for active older adults ages 55+ in San Diego with an extensive $17 million renovation, will soon be the most sought-after independent living community for active retired seniors in San Diego.
Renovation enhancements include updates to the building exterior, dining and common areas, upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure, and cosmetic and structural updates to all 134 apartments.
We are excited for the renovation to be completed by spring! Unfortunately, we cannot move in any new residents until then.
