Trias Solutions Launches to Expand Innovative Care for Older Adults Through PACE and Beyond


San Diego, CA — St. Paul’s Senior Services announces the launch of Trias Solutions, a new Management Services Organization (MSO) created to provide full-service support to Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

PACE programs deliver comprehensive medical and social services to seniors, enabling them to remain safe in their homes and communities. As demand for PACE grows nationwide, Trias Solutions was formed to help new and existing programs streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and expand access to care for seniors.

Trias Solutions offers a full range of management and administrative services, including operational, financial, compliance, and claims administration that help PACE organizations run efficiently and effectively, sustaining their mission. Our mission is rooted in St. Paul’s tradition of innovative care. Trias aims to empower PACE programs, partnering with them to scale sustainably while maintaining quality care.

Trias Solutions unites experienced leadership with a bold vision for the future of aging services. Brian D. Cooper, CEO and George Vieu, CFO bring decades of expertise in senior care management, health systems operations, and organizational growth. Leadership Backgrounds:

  • Brian D. Cooper, CEO – Cooper brings over two decades of operational and executive leadership in senior services, including direct oversight of large-scale care programs. His background in health system operations and organizational development equips Trias Solutions to deliver high-quality, person-centered care efficiently and effectively.

George Vieu, CFO – Vieu has more than 25 years of experience in financial management and health care leadership. He has overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, guided nonprofit expansion initiatives, and developed innovative models for senior care delivery. His expertise in finance and strategy positions Trias Solutions for sustainable growth.
