In this exclusive interview, President & CEO Michael McHale was invited by iHeart Radio to record a “CEO’s You Should Know” segment with radio host Travis Dale.

Here is a transcript of the interview: “My name is Michael McHale and I have the honor of serving as the President and CEO for St. Paul’s Senior Services.

We’re one of San Diego’s largest nonprofit care providers. We’re really known for the quality of our care and the compassionate employees that work for our organization.

St. Paul’s employs just over 700 individuals, 75% of them are direct support providers for our seniors, this includes doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides, etcetera, serving our community.

I would say that my word of wisdom is to stay curious. Curiosity allows us to remain humble. We ask questions of those who may be smarter than ourselves and we can learn from them, and I think it really brings out the best in everyone to help us to find the solutions to the problems that we’re facing.”
