The community is comprised of two buildings (the Manor and Tower) and the pricing detailed below is effective through August 31, 2011.
Manor Building - Most rooms have balconies and rates include accommodation, utilities, (except telephone and cable TV), three meals daily, weekly linen service and semi-monthly housekeeping. Rates vary in relation to size and location of apartment.

Tower Building - All rooms have kitchenettes and rates include accommodation, utilities, (except telephone and cable TV), one meal daily and monthly housekeeping. Rates vary in relation to size and location of apartment.
